Return Policy

Any full-price, unworn and unwashed items may be returned for exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Purchases made using a gift card or store credit are eligible for exchange or store credit only. 

Please contact us for a Return Authorization code before exchanging items.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during return shipping and we therefore recommend providing tracking information with your shipment.

All sale items marked 15% off or greater are final sale.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

Returns will not be accepted for beauty, wellness, intimates, swimwear, apothecary or pierced earrings. We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases. Contact us for exchange only on un-opened, un-used, with receipt, beauty products.

Free in-store pick up option available at checkout. We will have your order ready within 12 hours of purchase.

A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent when your order has been shipped. Domestic orders will be shipped via Canada Post. International orders are shipped via Canada Post or USPS Priority International. Please note that the typical ship time is 2⁠—5 days. We are not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in the mail. 

If you have placed an order shipping to a destination outside the Canada, tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the client's local government on top of our shipping cost. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. This can range from 10% to 40% of the order value. Items will be shipping from Vancouver Canada, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Canadian Dollars.



Our one room spa services an average of four clients a day which allows us to keep the highest standards of sanitation.

All appointments paid in full and cancelled without re-booking within 48hrs, will be receive full refund from us. We require cc info to hold your spot and do not keep information on file after scheduled appointment.
