A cleanly formulated (Carbon Black and Cyclomethicone-free) soft tip gel eyeliner.

Clean Line Gel Liner glides effortlessly and allows you to blend out easily before setting. Once set, it stays put. Saturated and water resistant, this formula has the precision of a pencil with the ease of a gel.

How to use:

Glide across lash line effortlessly. Blend out quickly to achieve a diffused, smokey look or leave as is for a defined, bold look. Use a small angled brush (liner brush) to diffuse and have a q-tip handy to clean up the edges!

Works well in the waterline/lashline for more definition without the look of eyeliner.

After using, press cap in place to ensure it is air tight. Sharpen liner when needed using sharpener on the end.

Finish with a coat or two of ILIA Mascara for longer, lifted lashes that tie everything together.

Shades: Dusk: Deep brown. Twilight: Carbon Black.
