How to use:

 Ensure your space is well-ventilated and make sure you're present throughout the burn time of your incense for safety. 

1. Place your incense in the incense holder and light the black end of the stick.

2. Hold the flame to the stick until it holds its own flame, letting it burn for a few seconds before gently blowing out. 

Smoke will begin to rise from the incense and soon the scent will begin to fill the air around you. 

About Province Apothecary: Julie Clark founded Province Apothecary in Toronto after struggling with allergies and ezcema that she was told could only be remedied with topical steroid creams.
