Monastery

Monastery was founded by Athena Hewitt, inspired by the aromatherapy and natural skincare used by her grandmother in Greece, Athena spent a decade dedicated to studying and practising aesthetics and skincare. What she found during that time was that she believed technology had not improved beyond her grandmother's holistic recipes. With this, she opened a skincare studio in San Fransisco to treat patients using methods of oil cleansing,  water-free moisturizing and salt/ alcohol free skincare. 

Alongside her practice, Athena created a tightly curated, natural skincare line using ingredients in their purest form and of the highest quality. Carefully choosing essential oils that are non-irritating and producing the products in small batches at Monastery's studio in San Fransisco. 

Monastery takes the best that nature has to offer, sustainably sourcing all ingredients for around the world and carefully creating blends to purify and heal skin, naturally.
